"Friendly place to grow up"

I was raised in this street and it is a wonderful place to grow up. Iona Grove Reserve at the end of the street provides an enchanting place to explore. The neighbours are friendly, it is exceptionally quiet and a safe neigbourhood. The block size is great for a growing family, with most properties complete with swimming pools. The local area has a strong community feel and local primary schools St.Annes and P.O.P.S are both reputable.

Property values remain strong- for more information contact local real estate experts Philip Webb Real Estate www.philipwebb.com.au

"Live the high life"

Both sides of the street have a great outlook, that is the upside of the steep driveways. Safe, secure neighbourhood, due to the passive surveillance or the fact that potential thieves would need to be very fit to carry anything out of the homes!

Neighbours are friendly, but tend to keep to themselves. Noise levels are good, with very few loud parties.

Negatives: Dog that barks in a rental property, Truck parked on the bend
Positives: Local park in street, short walk to native bushland, Close to Eastlink, Eastland and not too far from Westfield, local bus routes connect to Ringwood, Mitcham or Heatherdale Rail Stations
