"Family homes, parks and schools in Crestwood, Baulkham Hills"

Not many houses come up for sale on this street. Mabye 1 or 2 a year. The locals tend to stay a while. Probably because its the kind of street where you can be by yourself and not see neighbours for days on end or if you feel like being social, just go out into the garden on the weekend and talk to many of the neighbours working hard to keep their lawns and gardens spick and span. I have noticed though that many houses now pay to have their lawns and house cleaning done.

A nice thing about this area is that its got all the benefits of nearby Norwest Business Park and Shopping centre without having all the congestion around peak hour. Your $ goes much further with larger blocks to play-with compared to bella vista. The houses are not as modern but that is part of the appeal, its a more family orientated. Kids can walk to school, without walking on any main roads, plus the bus stop to the CBD is 5 mins walk to windsor road and only a 40min bus ride on the 615X to the CBD. All in all its a great place to live.

"Escape from the CBD"

Leafy, family friendly prestigious area a great place to bring up children. Think large blocks, houses 20-40 years old and a great streetcape. Some undergoing rennovation. This part of st ives is well away from the main roads, unit development and traffic. St Ives Chase was usually the poorer cousin of St Ives now with all the unit development on mona Vale Road, St Ives Chases' quiteness has become an even bigger drawcard. Plenlty of walking tracks plus the tennis courts and local shops are a few minutes walk away. Well serviced Bus lines connect to the CBD and Gordon railway station.
