Kastorias close is a small cul-de-sac off windermere circle with 14 houses. The families in the street are lovely, with a mix of couples, young families, families with teens, couples where the kids have moved out of home and retirees. The street has easy access to public transport, with a bus stop at the end of the walkway on Burns Beach rd. Currambine train station is 1.4KM away for those who wish to walk to the station before and after work. The Mitchell Freeway also provides easy access to get to and from work. Joondalup shopping centre is also very close with a variety of retail shops and Woolworths, Coles, IGA, Big W, Target and Kmart. Edith Cowan University and The Arena are also within easy reach. There is a primary school very close by too (less than 10 min walk). Overall an excellent street in an excellent suburb with everything you could possibly need in close proximity. I personally wish to live here for a very long time.
