Bowral close is an extremely quiet and friendly street. there are always kids playing in the street or in the park at the end of the road. there is also access to 2 different fire trails great for walking. in its unique design of the road being split level, the even side known as the "high side" has land sloping upwards backing onto bush and some neighboring houses, most houses on this side have spectacular bush valley views. "the low side" has land sloping down from the road which back onto the bush, and the end of the street has homes which back onto the valley with amazing views. Most houses in the street are well kept and tidy people are also very friendly!!! the houses range from some being on the older side of things to some being near new and very modern. great street for kids to grow up in!!
