Pangarinda Place

"units far enough away but close"

pangarina pl is short dead end street, about 400m long. there are about 20 unit blocks in the street, with most blocks having 5 to 10 units in each. Every unit has acess to water ways which if followed in a boat, can take you to the mooloolaba river mouth. pangarinda st has a gym at the end of the street, which cost around $15 dollars a week to go to, as well as local shops that include butcher, baker take aways hairdresser, bottleshop, foodstore, and a few more. the main st of mooloolaba and beach is around 15 min walk. as the street is unit city u can here the people next door, but thats units for you, and you should no this before you buy or rent here ha. parking has its days, other than that its all good. (go pangarinda)
