yep totally agree woodlands is great but i have also lived in a complex called riverbend gardens in albert st waterford. Very well managed and affordable

"waterford and waterford west are suitable for people from all walks of life"
waterford has alot of infrastructure going on at the moment but i wouldnt suggest that it is too noisy. Very affordable compared to the city of brisbane and the gold coast and it is only 35 min drive to either of them!
