Lavender Bay is beautiful and green. With lovely harbour view and great places to eat, drink and play its a super place to live.

Wingate Street
"Great neighbourhood with clean green streets"
Wingate is not a busy street as it doesn't lead to any arterial or connecting roads. Its just local traffic. School is within walking distance and its surrounded by parks, foot/bike paths.
