We have lived in Caroline Springs nearly for a year and we love it.
The people in the area are just so nice and its great for people with kids.
Its really like a place of its own. I has a lot of benefits including:
New Bypass in Deer Park
30min drive to city
New recreations centre to be built by 2014 including public swimming pool
Great parks in every village
Quite peaceful and quiet
Easy to naviate you car thru roads etc
Major shopping centre Watergardens 15 mins away
Great for the older generation, there are few retirement villages to choose from
Smaller shopping Centre with nearly everything you need incl Coles, IGA, Aldi and Target and due for expansion again in few years
Great house prices and resell values too
Overall a lovely place to live.

Great location, easy access to 2 freeways, fantastic shopping centre Watergardens, close to Caroline Springs Town Square also.

Very quiet street with friendly neighbours. No hoons driving in the streets either!!

This street is very quiet and everyone keeps to themselves. The street has old style homes but well maintained. Highpoint is close 5 minute drive which is fantastic.
I have only visited here 20 times but i like it. House prices have gone up here too, so its worth the money.

Wow, what a street. I lived here for 20 years and can say that i love this street. It is so close to everything!
Chadstone is a ten min walk, 2 min by car
Oakleigh Central is 7 min walk and has all the facilities like Coles, Safeway, deli etc
This street is so neighbour friendly, everyone knows who lives where, so if you were ever in trouble you would have help.
The Greek school is here too, it has been around for ages and is one of the top Greek Schools in Victoria.
Oakleigh and Hughesdale stations are in walking distance approx 5 mins each way.
Freeway too is close, 4 min drive, so convenient.
Willesden Road is home to families and couples mainly. The street value has risen too. Worth buying here!

Lake View is fantastic and i recommen to all. We have lived here since it was established and we love it.
Its a family friendly street, in a quiet location away from the hassle of a private road.
Its so close to Parkmore shopping centre and even a ten min Drive to Dandenong Plaza or if you want to go to Chadstone 20 mins.
Lake View Bld, is in the prestigious estate called Crystal Waters, and it is one of the finest estates in Keysbrough.
There are never any house for sale, and if they are i would say get it quick, cause it will go fast.
It is next door to Hailbury college and a 7 min drive to the beach, Edithvale one of the cleanest beaches in Melbourne.
Come and live here and enjoy the lake. Your kids will love the ducks to feed, the BBQ (free) area and the playground all in working distance in the estate.
For parents, you have springers leisure centre which is a gym right next door, to relax and unwind with exercise.
