"GREAT BEACH ACCESS LOVELY HOMES!"

Close to excellent fishing beach.
Great kids swimming beach as reef protects shoreline from large waves.
Nude Beach and normal beach within couple hundred meters walk.
Great bicycle track and foot path for miles along the beach front within easy access.
Schools close enough for kids to ride to school without crossing major roads.
Water park fitness center next to high school means children have plenty to do.

Lovely up market homes throughout the estate gives a nice atmosphere for families.
Below ground power and phone connections ensure the suburb looks modern and unclutered.
Watch walabies feed on the grass early in the mornings

Julie and Mark live there so ask them for a Pizza or BBQ night!

Great for

  • Excellent homes and family atmospere
  • Next to the Beach and close to water Park.

Not great for

  • Can be expensive.
  • 45 mins from Perth.

"Good cray fishing and sports complex close by"

Nice swimming beach due to reef protecting beach from large waves.
Nude Beach is fun for a laugh and to spice up the marraige.
New sports complex water park next to high school is great for the kids.
Large shopping center next to the estate and small one within St Claire estate is handy.

Great for

  • Right on the beach, inc nude beach.
  • Shops very close, 2 minute drive.
  • Schools on the estate kids can ride bike there.

Not great for

  • 45 mins from Perth.

Ashburton Street

"Pay top dollar for an old piece of rubbish!"

Ashburton street, full of crime, drunks and busy traffic.
If you have to pay more than $400,000 for the homes in this place you need to look around more!

Great for

  • Near a bad school

Not great for

  • Overpiced old homes.
  • Rat infested street, rodents are bad also!
