I have lived in Rosella Court for the past 15 months. I have found it an extremely nice court to live in. It is very quiet and the neighbours are friendly without being intrusive. It is five minutes drive from Willows Shopping Centre, Sunland Plaza and Cannon Park Shopping Centre. It is also less than a five minute drive to Dairy Farmers Stadium, Brothers Leagues Club and Riverway. There are several schools to choose from and the Little Zebra Child Care Centre is a two minute drive up the road or the more energetic amoungst us could easily walk there. JCU, Lavarack Baracks and Townsville Hospital are also in close proximity.

As far as access to the city it is easy. I work in Walker Street and it is an 18 minute drive from my front door to Walker Street.

Riverway Drive is a main road and Gouldian Avenue, the main street off Riverway to Rosella can be busy, but there are busier roads in Townsville.

Since living here we have had many interstate guests who have remarked on the quietness of the street and the easy access to all facilities.
