Blackbutt Avenue

"lovely and leafy"

We live on the high part near coral ave, We have a lovely queenslander amongst tropical gardens, The street is fairly quiet, and has a nice feel to it, There is a lot of families with a good bus service to the local schools,The beaches are all very close, and The closest town is Woolgoolga 5 minutes away, with good restaurants and coffe shops.....I have lived in Sandy for 11 years on diamond hd rd, Blackbutt is on the other side of the bridge, in a lovely street ,We bought this house in blackbutt 2 years ago

I have to agree with chrissie, I've lived in Blackbutt Ave for 6 years near Coral ave and have not had a problem. It is handy to Woolgoolga and Coffs Harbour as mentioned and the beach is a short 10 min stroll away. People are friendly and welcoming around here.

Hi all, we are looking to purchase a property on Turpentine Ave, do you know anything about that st? Or are there any streets to avoid? We really like Sandy Beach but don't know much about the good streets/areas so much. Thanks in advance!
