Hovea Place

"A peaceful haven with an abundance of friendly neighbours."

Hovea Place is a quiet cul de sac which is yet to be fully developed. There are many empty blocks still, however the upper end is almost complete. It consists of only 5 star properties and with many people wanting to live in this little pocket in Old Tewantin, there are often people driving around looking at property. The long term residents of this street are mostly retirees or people setting up a quiet haven in which they plan to retire. People from the surrounding streets often walk their dogs around Hovea Place. Everyone is always friendly. You can't drive past anyone without a nod or wave "hello" regardless of whether they know you or not.

Hovea Place is a 10 minute brisk walk to the nearest bus stop and a 30 minute walk into the main street of Tewantin where there is local shops, a Woolworths, banks, etc.

Hovea Place is surrounded by several small children's playgrounds and Tewantin State School is a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk.

This is a wonderfully quiet place to live, backing onto the national park with an abundance of wildlife and many friendly neighbours, always stopping for a chat.
