Badbury is easily one of the best streets i have lived on. I was raised on Badbury rd and lived there for almost 19 years and no once did i see an argument between neighbours nor did i ever hear of a single theft or break in.

The neighbours while i lived there are still good friends to this day and as for traffic we played cricket on the street every day there was so little traffic

If a house comes up on this street i would recommend grabbing it ASAP because it is easily one of the best streets in armadale

Park road is a great place to live with friendly neighbours and very little to no crime. Easy access to the shops and bus stop also add to the charm. I have lived in Park road for approximatly 8 years and have very few faults to pick however no street is perfect and Park is no exception to the rule. The increase in road trains on the highway can make for noisy nights for those close to the highway, the burnouts seem to be a nightly occurance now and there is also a tendancy for people to speed because of the entrance to the road.

I would highly reccomend our little road to anyone but just dont expect a pindrop quiet street because you will be sorely dissapointed Byford is no longer the sweet little country town it was 10 years ago and those who are looking for a move to the country should probably look further out
