So close to the beach and well serviced by public transport. Beautiful walking paths along coast in both directions are fantastic. A motel street in a holiday town means it can be noisy at times. Traditionally a low rent area, there are problems resulting from a long term drug culture. Security can be an issue as a result. Rising property values should weed out this problem in time. People that live here usually love it but people who don't are wary. Beaches are big enough for everyone but certain breaks are localised so just be aware of this.Jetty dining area is only 25 minutes flat walk away with heaps of great restaurants.Bowling club and pub even closer.Massive shopping centre an easy walk away.
