"Family heaven"
Nice, clean, family and pet friendly, very low crime rate. Good schools, shopping facilities, easy travel to Joondalup. Not so bad access to train and freeway, however I think it will improve more once the freeway is extended north.

- Closeness to beach and schools
- Peace, quiet, safety
- Quality homes
- Clean, tidy suburb
- Ocean views
Not great for
- Too far from freeway.
