"Leafy and Lovely"

Growing up in Fox Valley and attending St Leos College I've known and loved the suburb my whole life. There are very different pockets to the suburb yet all have their benefits

Great for

  • Beautiful streets and houses
  • Great schools
  • Lots of services nearby
  • Fabulous local facilities
  • Great outdoors living

Not great for

  • Alot of older parents
  • Expensive housing, childcare and schooling
  • If you don't like feeling part of a community, you won't like it here!

"Perfect positioning for the family"

Located so well next to some incredible schools & parks yet access to Hornsby, the M1 & m2 along with the train line being right there makes it perfect.

Great for

  • Close to great schools
  • Leafy
  • Peaceful

Not great for

  • Pennant hills Rd can be a little noisey

"Gorgeous Cul De Sac suburb"

as a cul de sac suburb Westleigh is surrounded by some gorgeous bush areas with the Great North Walk bush trail passing by. Lovely community spirit and hidden little treasure.

"Happy place to grow your family"

This family friendly suburb has all the attributes you want in a suburb where you intend to live with your family. Parks, playgrounds, ovals, bush tracks, great schools, shops and more. The only free parking bay for train commuters and only 50min to the city via train. Easy access to the M1 & M2 roads.

Great for

  • Affordable
  • Clean and close to nature
  • Good for young families
  • Easy access to many parks/tennis courts/outdoor activities
  • Fantastic schools

Not great for

  • Pennant Hills Road
