This street is just a simple street, as I have been living here for 11 years now with no sort of action in a bad way. Not many pets on the street just the regular amount maybe like 4 cats and 3-4dogs. 2min walk to tram or 5min beach or local shops/main st. 7min tram ride to crown casino so everything is at your feet basically. Honestly the only thing to dislike is the cost of rent in the area but that is pretty obvious that it is over priced due to being so close to transport and the beach. I love the fact that everything is a tram ride away and that is especially good if you dont want to harm the environment with the car

SO DONT PAY REGO FOR THE CAR OR SERVICE FEES + GOOD FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
