We just moved from Cromer into a townhouse and have met all our neighbours in the block and those backing onto us and next to us. Everybody is lovely, the street is clean, all older buildings are getting re-done and its far enough away from the corso to be nice and quiet!

Great place, beach is fantastic so are the little coves like 'Little Manly' and Delwood Beach. Restaurants are fantastic and our neighbours are all fantastic! Parking can be a nightmare especially on weekends and hot days when people flock to the beach, so I would definitely look for a place with parking! Compared to where we lived previously the location and the feeling of the area is unbeatable!
