I have been living in Rosco Drive since 1987. It is the quieter part of Templestowe. The lane here is very wide. Neighbours are nice though they keep to themselves.It is very nearby to the Pines and numerous restaurants along Blackburn Road.And I love jogging along the park nearby. Some of the houses here have beautiful frontage especially those on the corner lots. I have develop beautiful and lovely friendship here since school days.

It is nice to live here if you are renting. I have been renting here for almost 10 years but when buying here, I would hav esecond thoughts. although prices has increased recently, but there are no good schools around especially secondary schools. Streets in Oak Park has far bit of vandalism and graffiti, and especially at night you can hear hoons and screeches along the road. Overall, I like oak Park but not investing here.

How else could someone described Templestowe? It is a serene, leafy, prestigious and established area with eyecatching grand mansions in some part of Templestowe, other parts are with rare achitectual built houses on hilly pictuques streets and some modest high quality homes.I have always love Templestowe. I have started investing more than 4 houses in Templestowe and all with good return of money!!I Cool!!
Resale value is good and I predict it will reach the 1 million mark by 2011.
