Dinwoodie Avenue

"Perfect!"

We love living on Dinwoodie Avenue. We're a young couple and bought our first house here around 2 years ago. It's a very quiet, leafy street with a lovely mix of well maintained houses. Clarence Gardens kindy is just down the street, and the bus is a one minute walk away on Winston Avenue (goes to the city or Marion Shopping centre). There is a choice of local parks and playgrounds all within walking distance, and tennis courts nearby. It's less than a 10 minute drive to the city and also close to Glenelg and King William Road cafes and shops. There's a lovely community spirit and friendly, caring neighbours.

Clarence Gardens

"Perfect spot"

We bought a house in Clarence Gardens about 2 years ago, and couldn't be happier.
Lovely neighbours, quiet streets, big bocks and virtually 15 minutes to anywhere!
We enjoy the local parks, extremely convenient location and all facilities right near by.
