"Bay Side is only side"
Choose anything close to the beach side and you can't miss. The western side is low and has cheap housing with many rentals so the community spirit doesn't seem the same. The eastern side catches all the lovely breezes and has easy access to the beach. Five to ten minutes from all facilities including restaurants, schools, shopping, medical and hospitals. Local convenience stores available. Close to golf club. Plenty of good sized blocks of 1000m2 plus.
Great for
- Can see Fraser Island
- Great breezes all year round
- Housing is cheap at the moment
Not great for
- Could be too quiet for some
