The Boulevard
"Top spot Beautiful tree-lined Boulevard"
A special place to live as is indicated by the few available properties for sale. It is in The Riverside Estate which has a Heritage overlay and a Single Dwelling Covenant, which equates to no flats or apartments EVER. Property prices are high but that is great for future resale
