No better place to raise a family!

A fantastic street to live on as it is a dead-end street only local traffic comes past and any other traffic that isn't local is noticed, so also a very very safe street to live on.

Great quiet neighbours, who don't get in eachothers business. A great place for people who like to keep to themselves to live. The community itself is very acceptable of everyone joining it, no matter your race, sexual preference or status.

The kids of the street love to meet at the end of the street and play on their bikes or kick the footy or visit eachothers houses and play, all blocks are a decent size so have plenty of space for kids to play!

The trainline can be a little noisy, but ask anyone on the street and they will all say they don't hear it anymore, its easy to block out after living there for a few weeks and quite often when visitors are over and ask what that noise is, i say "What noise.... Oh, the train!" We have no problem with it at all, i don't even notice the trains and they are out my back door! You cannot hear the freeway at all, except if your outside at night and a big truck goes past you can ONLY JUST hear it.

Coles, newsagent, butcher, chemist, post office, doctors, laundromat & fruit and veg shop are all within walking distance, as is the local park and hysen trail for a weekend stroll or ride with the kids. There is a local gym in the mornings next to the oval and also plenty of schools in the local area, Bridgewater primary is withing walking distance.

Overall the best place by far I have ever lived, and i've lived a lot of places!
