We moved from Bibra Lake a year ago to this fantastic suburb. We have found the neighbours to be extremely friendly and most people in Kooralbyn Valley Crescent have a love for gardening. The street itself has minimal traffic and is very safe for children to play out the front. The homes are all of exceptional quality and well maintained. From here you can walk down to the "Iris" and have a great meal and a few drinks! Some of the homes have the added bonus of backing onto the lush golf course.
