There are a total of 3 houses on our street, plus the entrance to a retirement village, so there is no thru traffic, no noise, its quiet safe and lovely. just behind our street is a park that the council mows at least once a month and waters at least once a week, it has no street access so it 100% safe for children to run around it.

The walk to the railline direct into Perth is about 5 minutes away, and the Innaloo Shopping Center (and the cinemas with 16 cinemas) is 10 minutes walk away.

5 minute drive will get you to Scarborough Beach, 15 minutes will get you into the heart of town.

What more could you ask for.
