Great community spirit. Lots of parks. Tennis, cricket, soccer etc all within few minutes walk.
Plenty of parks. Train station 2 minute walk, 75 and 70 tram travelling to the Waterfront and to MCG, tennis centre and the city.

Lansell Crescent is made up of all age groups but here age doesn't matter! If you like walking your dog, you'll meet lots of like-minded neighbours in "dog park". If you like books, there's a very local book group! If you want to play tennis there's a tennis club.

It's an easy walk to Camberwell Junction for retail therapy (or just take the tram).
I have lived in many other suburbs but I'm not moving from here.
