Blackett Close

"Brilliant close. Greenhills on your doorstep"

Great neighborhood. Everyone looks after their gardens and property. Friendly community spirit and two mins walk to Stockland Greenhills. Major supermarkets and stores and on other side of the road Blockbuster. Rebel sports. Aldi, Clark rubber, beauty salon, fruit and veg store, cheesecake shop, supre, Post office and banks. Why would you need to shop anywhere else. Parking is free and only a little crowded on weekends and at Christmas, just as you might expect with any popular shopping centre. Blackett Close is quiet and all houses are on good block sizes. We love it.

"A real family friendly neighbourghood with great schools and great shopping"

Greenhills is becoming a neighbourhood of its own, previously linked with both Ashtonfield and East Maitland. It is located close to Stockland Greenhills shopping centre which has a huge variety of retail outlets and for food Greenhills has Woolworths, Coles and Aldi . It is only half an hour from Newcastle beaches by car, and an hour from the beautiful vineyards. The schools and childcare facilities here are excellent, the neighbourhood is leafy and very safe and all in all is a wonderful place to bring up a family, or to retire to, it even has two retirement villages. The medical facilities are good, and there are a variety of places to eat out, in and around Greenhills and it is a suburb which is growing steadily so house prices are increasing.
