Kennealy Street runs directly off Canterbury road which creates some nuts trying to find short cuts through suburban streets at peak times but other than that, it is quiet and with a mix of renovated, extended and new homes. Great public and private schools in the area. Pre-school and Canterbury Primary 10 minutes walk.
Terrific street for families with large park and play ground 5 minutes walk.
Most residents are long timers with many over 25 years. Properties are rarely on the market.
Tree lined street, narrow when people park both sides.
Overall a great place to live for families.
