Newbie here, but so far so excellent...

The suburb appears pretty new or its just kept really clean and neat. There are big parks to the left and right of my building and small green places in between, which really impresses me for a big city like Sydney. Area is pretty quiet, even on the weekend, especially for a suburb that is basically the Sydney City. Really love the ambience and massive range of shops and places to eat. Settled here in June-July and I am happy and loving it.
