It surprisingly clean & green. Not much issues with security, hopefully people will sell old properties instead of renting them. My street is mostly new houses, very close to park. Close to freeway & reid highway.close to a mosque.plenty of desi shops & halal shops in Mirrabooka area. Surrouding suburbs pretty expensive so its a matter of time that this suburb will appreciate as its pretty close to city, beach & many shopping centres & big roads.
