Far enough off Mount Glorious Road not to hear the weekend traffic, yet close to the turn off to Samford. Quiet community orientated street, with neighbours who will leave you alone if you are that way inclined or invite you around for a drink if you need social interaction.

If you have kids, it is a safe street for the kids to play in, enough acreage for the kids to wander around safely in learning all about nature. Close to School Bus for Mount Nebo State School, or only a 10 minute drive to Samford State School.

If you don't have kids it is a great place just to kick back and relax.

If you are into gardening there are enough gardening buffs in the street to talk about your hobby with.

Close to nature walks, great barbecue areas where you can find privacy, and swimming holes close by for those hot summer days. Always 5 degrees cooler than Brisbane, making it a great place to escape the Summer heat.

Local Cafes are nearby for weekend coffees, so you don't even have to leave the mountain

Abundance of birdlife, including Black and White Cockatoos, King Parrots, Rosellas, Doves, Cuckoos, etc. Not to forget the calls of the owls at night, and watching them swoop around lights is a fantastic sight.

A place to escape the Rat Race when you come home, it feels like your in your own holiday environment every day of the week, and it is only a short drive to facilities and public transport.
