Having lived in the property it is very roomy and there is space for everyone in a family and visitors too, so you can have that privacy when you want it. Never have to wait in line at the bathroom that's for sure! Only 10 mins from the city, 2 minutes walk to the local supermarket (which is open until 8pm), 5 minutes from the gym and sports centre (Morley Recreation Centre), Malaga Markets up the road, close to Dianella Shopping Centre, Ballajura Shopping Centre, Mirrabooka Shopping Centre and more PLUS you are close to a choice of Secondary and Primary Schools - for families what more do you want you are central to everything here! We loved it and I am sure you will too! A big bonus is that if you keep all the windows and doors closed during summer the house is very cool and most of the time you don't even need the air conditioning on - now that's awesome, saves on the power bill!
