I've lived in Council Ave for about 6 years. If you don't mind traffic noise during the day it's a great spot to live. Last year they replaced all the street lights with really bright lights which is great for safety as you don't get any lurkers. Walking distance to Rockingham City Shopping Centre, Childcare Centre, 2 Gyms as well as Squash Courts, Public Swimming Pool, 2 public parks. 3 minute drive to the train station, 5 minute drive to the foreshore. Plus the block size is over 700m2 so you have plenty of yard if you have kids or pets.
