Generally quiet street, but reservoir in general is quite busy. The rail crossing in central reservoir is a pain, some of the people aren't the friendlist, it's not as green as it could be, and there's no nightlife options. But on the other hand its cheap, there are shops for everyday needs close by, Northland is 10 minutes down the road as well.
Public transport is decent, its a shame Ruthven is a zone 2 though.
