"The ultimate place to live"
We live on the water in picnic point esplanade and have a private sandy beach on our doorstep and a private jetty, each day we wake up we feel truly blessed to live the life we live on the water.Our street is surrouned by caring friendly locals, some who have been here for over 30+years and have some amazing stories to tell about the area . we can literally fish off our front deck straight into the maroochy river , we feel so far away from the cbd, yet we are only 5minutes waling distance to all the shops including myers, and the cinemas and bars and restaurants, we love where we call home.

its the hub of the sunshine coast, what broadbeach is to the gold coast, its where you go to watch movies, fine dining, shop and also to work, its so centrally located its no wonder why locals are paying premium prices for highly sort after property
