"Dead end st with its own park and city view."

Chippendale

"CBD extension"

With the former Carlton Brewery transforming in to a $2 billion residential/commercial/park precinct , Sydney CBD has extended it's boundary towards the west. Close to Chinatown, Glebe, Surry Hills and Newtown you are never short of dining option and inner city lifestyle that Sydney is renown for. Forget about a car or parking in the city, just walk everywhere or take a short stroll to Central station and railway square. Thanks for reading and enjoy life in Chippendale.
