To me this place is just averaged.
It's has good public transport but besides that it's not very homely.
From time to time you can smell the pollution from the remediation plant.
Traffic is quite bad as well, but if you are taking train, that should not bother you.
It's quite convenient, but I would not pay the high rental or high priced apartments to stay there.

This place is too noisy, with heavy traffic on Homebush Bay Drive.
Anyone could enter the estate. Workers who work at Rhodes tend to park their car in the area and walk to Rhodes.
The only thing that is good about this place is that it is quite clean, and it is close to Rhodes shopping mall.
