"Great street, friendly neighbours"
Holborrow Ave is great, it's a short walk from the local schools, theres a park around the corner, once you get to know the neighbours they all have each others backs and happy to lend a hand when you need it. It's very quiet and only about a 5 minute drive to the local shopping centre. I'd definitely recommend to future residents. If I were to say any cons, it would be that sometimes theres a few planes that fly over from the local raaf base at Claredon.

"Not too bad."
I lived here for a few years growing up and went to the local primary school however the people who live in the area aren't always the nicest. Theres a few properties who have acreage and its quite a quiet area. The local high school doesn't have the best reputation although, the primary school has improved over the years.

"Great place to live!"
I have grown up in hobartville, gone to the local schools and I wouldn't have it any other way. I think it's a great place to live! The neighbours are friendly and the community is really supportive. Of course, there are a few wild streets here and there... (mainly Hereford St) but other than that, I'd recommend it.
