Mofflin rd is a semi main rd with parking space avaliable the whole way down the road.
To the south of Mofflin rd is a sports reserve containing football, soccer, athletics, softball and cricket, a real community atmosphere, at the Southern end of Mofflin Rd you will also find a tennis complex and the Lyell Mc Ewin Hospital.

Half way up the Northern part of Mofflin rd is a fruit and veg grocerer which is open every Saturday morning for your fresh produce.

The Northern end of Mofflin rd has a doctor surgery, a fish ,chicken and chip shop ( YUMMY! ) and a convieniance deli.

A bit further past the deli is the Elizabeth grove primary school which also has a kindy and a child care service avaliable.

The public transport stops right in front of the sports field , but doesnt come down the Northern end of Mofflin Rd ( which is good, no buses) however the bus stops on both streets that run past Mofflin Rd , being Fairfield Rd and Hogarth Rd.

A two minute walk will get you to a park and playground facility with a half basketball court for the kids.

I have lived here for 5 years with my family and know all my neighbours.
I would recommend living on Mofflin Rd. :)
