I’ve lived in Mt Eliza for 8 years (moved from Wheelers Hill) and I’ve never looked back. My kids go to the local primary school (one of the four great schools - you can’t go wrong with any of them) and made lots of wonderful friends.
There are lots of green spaces, parks and beaches. The atmosphere is friendly, community feel, and you feel safe everywhere you go. We leave our kids’ bikes and scooters in our front yards and have never had issues with theft or crappy neighbours. As the blocks are bigger than suburban blocks, you also have more privacy.
