Koorabel Avenue

"Convenient Location"

Despite its proximity to the train line and the very busy President Avenue, Koorabel Avenue is actually pretty quiet. Very handy to Gymea shops, train station and cafes it is a very desirable location for the busy professional.

Johnston Avenue

"Quiet Street, sought after location"

Moved to the street with my parents in 1996 and my parents don't want to move! Johnston Avenue is only a couple of minutes walk to the very popular Kirrawee High School and so in recent years the houses sell here very quickly and often at or above the asking price. The street itself is quiet and very leafy, however the threat of the F6 corridor is always there whether or not it will ever eventuate.

Wolger Street

"Friendly, Family - Oriented Street"

Having lived in the Sutherland Shire most of my life, we knew the area pretty well before we moved to the street in early 2010. We were enticed by the family friendly area, proximity to parks, the marina, schools and city transport. Though Wolger Street is one of the main access roads to neighbouring suburbs, being on the north side of Wolger street means that we are only subjected to sporadic traffic yet we are minutes walk to buses, trains, schools and childcare, the GP, Chemist, Butcher, cafe and the very handy cornershop, but Jannali shops and restaurants are within a few minutes drive away.
