Bray Park
"Great place to live - close to everything ie. transport, all major chains of stores within 10kms, koalas etc."
Leafy suburb, cheap housing compared to neighbouring suburbs you can get a newer house for heaps less, koalas in your backyard, plenty of parks/recreation areas, all the shops you need (coles, Woolies, bunnings, target, big w etc.) within 5kms, train station and buses. Lots of good schools too, private and public.

Brandon
"A quiet town only a few kms from most amenities"
Brandon is only a 5 minute drive from Ayr which contains all the major banks, grocery stores, Target etc. and professional services. Not far to Townsville (just under an hour) and a 20 minute drive to nice beaches and wilderness areas. Laid back and relaxed place for families or great for retirees.
