Monier shopping centre is great. Vietnamese restaurants and shops are so affordable and tasty. 20 mins express trains to the city. By car easy to get to anywhere due to 2 highways.

Finding living here quite convenient. Getting to the city is a blast on the highway. There is also a regular bus line as well as the bike track. Good schools, Mount Sheridan plaza has got it all for your daily needs. It is a very green area with lots of trees and nice views towards the White Rock lookout.

House prices and rents are on the rise, lots of employment and infrastructure development. This area is growing, new businesses opening and higher density housing is being built.
