"Great peaceful court with a huge area to play in."
What a great court! Away from the holiday makers and their traffic. You can hear the beach and the waves crashing at nightime. You can see the cows in the paddock and the gumtrees in the foreground. If you want the perfect mix of surf and country living, you have it here. Only a stroll to the patrolled surf beach with kiosk at the ready. The other residents show respect and love seeing the kids playing in the street.

Hi I agree with your Dec 28th 2011 remark .. I wish the supermarket was small like it used to be.. and I hopre the restrictions on building stay! Don't ruin our gem!
