Isabella Grove
"Quiet, sophisticated neighbourhood"
The Victorian houses appearing here originated from land acquired from St James Park's estate. Its a quiet tree-lined street showing off some of Melbourne's finest architecture and is within walking distance to the Yarra offering access to a cycle path and access for kayaks. Public transport by tram or train is within walking distance and very well-situted for access to the CBD. Residents are able to walk to a small neighbouring shopping precinct. A charming location in which to reside and a great well-established address to be associated with in Melbourne.
