This street has some traffic, but it is not a main thoroughfare. Having said that it is easy to get in and out of and is very central to all south muswellbrook areas. Seems like a fairly crime-free and safe area - people have xmas lights out and leave their bikes on the front lawn overnight!! Lawns grow quickly in this street for some reason, must be over a natural water course.

This house is about 500m from a great public school. At under $200K its an absolute bargain. I havent looked through it, but I know the street well. If i had more money, I'd grab it myself.
