Simes Street

"close to uni and nice views.quiet and family friendly."

its a narrow street that often has cars parked on the side of big open drains full of weeds and stewing storm water.A handy bus navigates the stops down this steep and winding street but always seems to be going too fast and barely fits.many young children plat out on this road and its nature strips, the abcence of any footpats usually sees most pedestrians walk on the road. the traffic is surpirisingly steady as drivers flow into oflynn from other side streets and it gets used as a rat run and short cut onto new ballina rd.
the houses are otherall tidy and neat with the exception of one that looks like it is a squat for junkies.neighbours are friendly and the views from many homes is stunning.the street neatly wrapps around a ridge that drops off to rotatry park at the bottom.it is teaming with birdlife.
the streeet is close to a local shop and a park and lovely lookout.
