Tacoma Boulevard is a really great place to live. It can accommodate any age, family and style of living because it is close to the new Pasadena shopping complex which will include Target, Dominoes and other specialty stores. The complex will also include a Foodland shopping centre, however Foodland was already established before the new shopping centre idea came along. Another shopping centre Tacoma Boulevard is close to is Marion, with Bunnings, Myer, David- Jones, etc. Marion will have whatever you are looking for. Pasadena as whole is only approximately 7kms from the cbd, so it will be easy to get to work, shop at Rundle Mall, Chinatown, etc. and catch public transport far and wide. Tacoma Boulevard is also very close to Flinders University and Flinders Medical Centre, making it easy for you if you are a university student, or have teenagers ready to go into uni. The medical centre makes things very easy if you have an accidnt and get hurt or injured, or if you suddenly get ill. Imagine what it would be like having to drive yourself, a relative or a friend to a hospital approximately 15kms away if you or they had a critical accident or suddenly got ill. It wouldn't be a very pleasing thought. But the Medical Centre is only 2.8 kms away from Tacoma Boulevard, making thigs a lot easier. Finally, Tacoma Boulevard is also very close to many school, for example, Pasadena High School, Mitcham Girls School, Clapham Primary School, Scoth College, Mercedes College, and as I have mentioned, Flinders University.
