"Affordable Housing for Everyone"

Martin has been developed with the goal of providing people on a low to average income the opportunity to own their own home at an affordable price. The continuing availability of land for future such development is in doubt as there is less and less large areas of land left around the suburb.

"Attractive Country Living"

Karnup is a small community. It is a good place for those looking at retirement or those who are interested in a Tree Change. There is also a large proportion of children so it would be a great area for anyone considering giving their children a country upbringing. It is currently in the midst of a development phase with new house and land packages on offer.
