Moreton Bay Boulevard and Waterbush Crescent were the display home streets when Fig tree Estate was first built, it is an established area, very safe and child friendly. All the neighburs are on first name terms and nothing is ever to much trouble if you need to borrow anything or need help there is always a neighbour around to help.
The homes are out of this world, Lyndhurst itself is a very upmarket suburb and very desirable.

Waterbush Crescent and Moreton Bay Boulevard are two of the best streets in Lyndhurst, these are where the display houses were a few years back. The street is established and the people who live there all own there own home, all the neighbours are friendly and get together for chats and BBQ's on a regular basis. It is 101% safe for the children as well as elderly.

Lyndhurst is known as the rich peoples suburb from the residents of the neighbouring suburbs of Lynbrook. Over the last 3 years Lyndhurst has grown dramatically and property prices have risen.
In just two years there are properties in the Fig Tree Estate that have rose by over $200k in price.
It is a very quiet scenic suburb.
The most annoying thing about the area is that because Lyndhurst is a desirable area people keep calling places Lyndhurst when they are not even in the suburb for example: Lyndhurst Tip (which is around 10km from Lyndhurst and in Dandenong) and Lyndhurst Secondary School which is not in Lyndhurst but is in Cranbourne??

We are a relocation company who have moved lots of families to the Lynbrook area. Every single one of them have been happy and felt part of the community from day 1.
Crime is low, there is no graffitti, the school is excellent. The downside is that the area is in high demand and as soon as rental becomes available it is snapped up.
There are lots of community activities, carols by the lake, cricket, afl, fishing in the lake and much more.
